Hello, everyone!
If there’s one thing I love even more than discovering a wonderful new artist, it’s finding that you like her, too! And that appears to be the case with Kat Goldman, the current Acoustic Pie Featured Artist, who was voted into the no. 9 and 10 spots this month. She’s a Canadian songwriter, now singing in the Boston area and sometimes remembered for her “near death experience in a bagel shop” (elaborated upon under 2004 in her Wikipedia entry). She has a beautiful voice, engaging songs, and does a lot of acoustic arrangements in her recorded work. I think you should take a listen to her newest album Gypsy Girl.
Three artists represent the San Diego singer/songwriter scene in this month’s Top 20: Nate Donnis at no.11, Lee Tyler Post at no. 19, and Josh Damigo at no. 20.
Thanks for listening (and for reading)!
