Hello, all!
That Richard Shindell album that was voted into the no. 9 spot this month is a new favorite of mine. I’ve always loved his work and “13 Songs You May or May Not Have Heard Before” is a perfectly beautiful mix of old and new originals. I added two songs from it to the Pie rotation in December. I’m glad you’re enjoying it, too!
I’m thrilled to see San Diego favorite Jakob Martin on the list at no. 10 with one of my favorite songs, “Providence”. Alex Woodard, with his swoon-inducing voice, is also representing San Diego this month with his song “Reno” at no. 13 and another talented San Diegan, Sara Watkins, is singing the duet part on that song.
Thanks for taking the time to vote for your favorite songs ;)
